The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring my requests were met promptly. The swimming pool was refreshing and a great escape after a long day, and the gym, though small, had everything I needed for a decent workout.

The Queen Suite impressed with its spacious layout, featuring a large bed and a comfortable sofa. Cleanliness was remarkable, and the staff, especially Mr Gehad at the front desk, went above and beyond, assisting with check-in and offering room service for breakfast. However, the breakfast itself was rather average, and the pool was out of operation. Minor details, like unattended plates in the dining area, could use improvement.
